WHAT IS FRUITARIAN DIET
A fruitarian diet is a type of raw vegan diet that
includes only fruits , nuts and seeds - foods that can be harvested without
killing the plant. Fruits on a fruitarian diet are sugar, as well as those that
are generally considered vegetables fruits , but are botanically fruits , such
as tomatoes , cucumbers and pumpkins. The seeds are corn , beans, nuts , sesame
seeds and peas.
Unlike other diets raw vegan , fruitarian diet generally does
not include vehicles that were killed during the harvest ( such as lettuce ,
celery and cabbage) .Very few people adhere strictly to a fruitarian diet .
Some fruit bats also eat small amounts of food cooked, vegetables - fruits,

THE BENEFITS OF FRUITARIAN DIET
The benefits of a fruitarian diet is mainly promoted
by people in the diet , rather than scientific research. These benefits include
increased mental strength and clarity , creativity , joy , energy , confidence
, self-esteem and concentration.
Physical health benefits , according to the
Fruitarian Foundation , including the prevention and cure of cancer ,
constipation , insomnia , depression and digestive disorders , weight loss ,
healing , strengthens the immune system , reduce or eliminate menstruation
which increases the sexual vitality , improve the health and appearance of skin
, hair , eyes and nails , improve muscle coordination and the ability to
control addictions to alcohol , drugs and snuff .
The Ministry of Agriculture
of the United States recommends fruit included in the planning of meals every
day , although the amount depends on the age , sex, weight , height, physical
activity level and weight loss goals . Note that there is no scientific
evidence that eating fruit diet can cure a disease.

the necessary amounts frugivores should include in your diet fruits and nuts
that are high in protein, including avocados , nuts and dates. However, it is
difficult to get the amount of protein that the body needs daily . Vitamins ,
minerals and other nutritional supplements can be taken to ensure that the
person receiving the recommended amounts.
However, this does not conform to the
unique nature of many frugivorous philosophy . Doctors recommend that women who
are pregnant or nursing should not be in a fruitarian diet . Doctors also say
that children should not be in a fruitarian diet because their bodies need
additional nutrients to support normal growth in mental and physical
development .
There are many risks associated with a fruitarian diet
and the risk increases as the degree of frugivorousness increases . In other
words, a person whose diet is 75 % fruit is likely to have more health problems
than a person on a diet consisting of 50 % fruit . There are serious risks to
the food for diabetics, because the fruit has a high sugar content. People with
diabetes syndrome and insulin resistance should not go on a diet of everything
- fruit . There is also the risk of serious nutritional deficiencies ,
including vitamin B12 , calcium, iron , zinc .
