Some have crash dieted over and over again, some would like to have weight loss surgery but have been denied by their insurance company, and others have medical conditions or hectic schedules that get in the way of proper diet and exercise.

It's possible for you to get the necessary amount of exercise without having to leave your desk. You have to figure out how to exercise in a way that will look subtle enough to not attract the attention of your coworkers.
